Manufacturing -
Plant No.1 - Tablet/Capsule section -
The capacity of this section is 1.2 million Tablet/Capsule per day. From feeding of raw material till blistering/stripping is done by automatic machines.
Dry syrup/Suspension -
The total manufacturing capacity of this scetion is 50,000 bottles per day.
Plant No. 2 - Injectibles
This plant is fully automatic, centrally airconditioned & sterilised. the total capacity of the plant is 0.8 million per day.
Testing -
Both the plants are euipped with ultra modern, hitech testing equipment with IR, GC, spectrophotometer etc.....The injection plant has its own animal house, and all the injections are tested & used on animals before the injections are pushed to the market.
Finally but shortly all the products which are being manufactured are quality controlled on each by Govt. approved quality control chemists / analysts. The basic drug ( raw material ) are tested before pushing it in the manufacturing & final products are again tested by in house lab with in house specifications, which are more stricter norms than BP/USP/EP.
